Learn for Learn for Adults Return
Leren leren is één van de acht sleutelcompetenties gedefinieerd in het Europese Framework of Key Competencies in 2006.
De leercompetentie is het vermogen om een leerproces te beginnen en vol te houden, zijn eigen leerproces te organiseren, onder andere door efficiënt time- en informatiemanagement, zowel individueel als in groepen.
De competentie omvat bewustzijn van het eigen leerproces en zijn behoeften, de vaststelling van beschikbare mogelijkheden en het vermogen om obstakels te overwinnen teneinde met succes te leren.
PiD biedt "leren leren"-cursussen voor migrantenjongeren tussen 16-25 jaar. Deze cursus beslaat twee blokken van twee dagen en helpt jongeren die werkloos geraakt zijn en onvoldoende opleiding hebben om snel weer aan de slag te komen om stappen te zetten om een aan hen aangepaste leerroute te kiezen. Het is een goede opstap om vervolgens weer een beroepsopleiding te gaan volgen op een ROC.

L2L4AR
L2L4AR addresses learning to learn abilities of adult returners to learning.
Adult returners group is characterized by lower secondary education, lack of L2L skills, of flexibility to address the challenges of globalization, of self-confidence and motivation, of guidance systems, of ”second chances” offered by society, possibility of working only in unskilled positions, of attitude in active participation, few possibilities to continue their studies.
PiD was co-operating with Lithuanian Association of Adult Education, Stephansstift Zentrum für Erwachsenenbildung, Stitelsen Litorina Folkshogskoa I Karlskrona, Eesti Vabaharidusliit, ARACNE associazione di promozione sociale and EPRALIMA Escola Professional do Alto Lima.
Each partner will make a review of the apprehension of L2L competence in the area of adult learning in its country: analysis of strategic documents, review of instruments of evaluation and survey among adult teachers and learners.
Both groups were involved in making surveys and presentations of national reviews in partner meetings.
Each partner has organised 2 meetings of interest groups. For the development of L2L-subcompetences each partner will organise 2 laboratories.
Totally 205 learners have been included in the activities of the project.
